  • Assistance to investments in projects to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and energy efficiency – The purpose of the assistance: Commercial installation of a product, based on innovative technology expected to reduce the total volume of electricity consumption or greenhouse gas emissions.
    Qualifying investments : Direct expenses on energy surveys, consultation and preliminary planning of the project, expenses for the purchase of equipment and machinery, installation expenses, training and installation expenses of equipment and machinery, expenses for replacement or upgrading of equipment and machinery, transportation and transport expenses, including levers and measurement and monitoring expenses. As well as the technologies required for the execution of the project, including technologies required for the replacement or upgrading of existing technologies.

  • Intensification for competition in the gluten – free food sector – for establishments producing the base products:
    Product 1 – a loaf of bread packed.
    Product 2 – Packed rolls.
    Product 3 – Packed Pita.
    Product 4 – pasta and noodles.
    Product 5 – Cereals.
    Qualified investments : capital investments – new equipment and machinery, installations, computers and communications for the production floor, construction, land development, planning expenses, etc. Soft investments – branding, marketing, distribution, business license, fees and permits, etc.
    The amount of the assistance : 30% of the total approved business plan and up to a ceiling of NIS 2,500,000

 

  • A plan to increase productivity at work – to make investments to improve at least 30% in the indices of labor productivity (value added per job and added value per hour).
    Qualified investments :
    Capital investments – new equipment and machinery, transportation equipment for use within the plant (excluding private vehicles), installation of equipment, computers for the production floor, equipment and machinery for streamlining resources and raw materials.
    Soft investment – improvement of operational excellence (OPEX), management processes for planning and measurement, improvement of human capital, strategic consulting for product development, process innovation consulting, product innovation, business model innovation, innovation in design.
    The amount of the assistance : 30% of the total investment and up to 3 million NIS.

 

  1. SME grants for small and medium businesses

  • A program for the development of high-end products – to develop a new product or line of products, to upgrade existing products and / or develop new packaging until the prototype stage, and for which design is an essential part.
    Recognized expenses : product development costs by sub-contractors, industrial designer, materials, standards and patents, marketing and sales promotion.
    Maximum grant amount : 200 thousand NIS
    Grant rate : 60% of total recognized costs.
